1. Either you buy it or We can buy it for you at Indian MRP. Procure goods directly from India`s famous online Stores like Amazon or Myntra or Flipkart/others or from actual physical stores. So you are in control of buying process.

2. For online store shopping, you mostly directly transact with that particular website store and get the parcel sent to a specific locker address we provide you.  You have total freedom to choose.

3. For the Physical store, you provide us with the list of items via Whatsapp number you desire from India and your dedicated buddy will start coordinating with you. You will be given the quotation first and if fine, after payment the buying process starts. You can also shop from our online product list too, but we do not restrict you to buying from any other stores too. Your buddy is your person on the ground.

4. Once the items are bought/procured/received, a quality check is done, consolidated, packed, and shipped to you. This works like magic for you.

5. A Tracker number is given for each box shipped to you so that the whole journey can be tracked in a transparent way till it reaches your doorstep. This gives you complete peace of mind till it reaches you.
