How to Fry Frylo’s Golgappa Multigrain Puris: 
Heat the oil to a high temperature. Avoid smoking or burning of the oil. 
To check if the oil is heated enough, drop a small piece of fryum in the oil and it should puff up and rise to the surface. 
Switch the heat to somewhere between medium and high. 
Slide or Drop the golgappa multigrain pani puri papad carefully into the oil. 
As they puff and rise to the surface, take them out with a slotted spoon, shaking off the oil. 
Place them on a paper towel to remove excess oil before serving. Always store fryums in air tight containers in cool dry places away from moisture or direct sunlight. Now, make a tangy filling of your choice. Add some aloo or chana for win! Add both meetha & teekha pani for perfect taste.
